// about

A technology consulting firm dedicated to small businesses.

// about me

Who is behind aioperants.

I have worked as an IT Project Manager for more than 20 years, planning and delivering technology projects for companies across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. The work has covered industries from finance and manufacturing to retail and professional services, and projects ranging from a single website to a multi-year operating transformation.

I founded aioperants because I kept seeing the same pattern. Small businesses I knew personally were getting the worst of the market — priced out by larger consultancies, under-served by freelancers, and confused by tool vendors. All the businesses I served at scale deserved the same standard of work: a written scope, a senior consultant on the project, and a clean handover. That is what aioperants now brings to small business at a price small business can afford.

// why aioperants

Why this firm exists.

Most technology consultancies are built to serve enterprises. Their cost base requires it. A small business cannot economically buy their work, even when the work is exactly what the business needs. The result is a structural gap: real consulting capability flows upward, away from the businesses that make up most of the economy.

AI changed the math. Routine delivery work — research, drafting, configuration, monitoring — can now be done by AI agents under supervision. That cuts cost without cutting quality. It means a small business can finally afford the same kind of work a larger company would expect: a written scope, a senior consultant on the project, a clean handover, ongoing support.

That is the gap aioperants exists to close.

// what we believe

The principles behind the work.

Diagnose before building.

Most problems described as IT problems are operational problems with a tool layered on top. We identify the operational problem before recommending anything to buy or build.

Senior people on every engagement.

Each project is led by someone with the experience to deliver it. We do not staff client work with people learning on the engagement.

Scopes and prices in writing.

Every project begins with a written scope and a fixed price (or a defined range for ongoing work). The client approves the document before any work begins.

AI under human supervision.

AI handles routine delivery work. A senior consultant reviews anything that reaches the client or touches client data. We do not deploy autonomous agents into environments where judgement matters.

Clean handover at the end.

The client owns the systems, the documentation, and the accounts. The work is structured so the client can operate without us if they choose to.
